______________
The past few years have been a roller coaster ride in terms of accepting the changes in our lives post the Covid era. Many of us dealt with the loss of family members and friends in addition to the loss of employment etc. Regardless of it all we had to come to terms with Change and that is what inspired Prahalad Raghavendran and me to make the song MAATRAM ( the word change in the Tamil language ). We wanted to give hope that no matter what things can get better despite the obstacles we are faced with today.
With MAATRAM we wanted to create a mix of genres by blending Acoustic Folk with tradional Indian elements.
